David Moss was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada; attended Las Vegas High School and graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Economics. He has thirty plus years in the gaming industry working in various positions including management – twenty years in Las Vegas; then moving to Indian gaming in California and Arizona. He retired from Casino Arizona in Scottsdale after six years as a Shift Manager/MOD. During his career he owned and operated a dealer’s school in Las Vegas and taught gaming courses as an adjunct instructor at the College of Southern Nevada. David invented Jailhouse Poker and Jailhouse 21 adapting the en prison rule used in European roulette. He is the President and CEO of Bandstand Gaming.
